Customer's reviews
This company is great. Emilee was very informative and knowledgeable about the grass types and the specific needs for my yard, and helped me to understand the long-view of expectations. Jeremy, my tech, is careful around my home, keeps me updated on his own observations and ongoing diagnostics, and they’re always available for questions. Meanwhile, my lawn is flourishing year-round and is always the best looking grass on the block!
Update: going on two years of service and the lawn keeps getting better and better. I get thoughtful long-term advice; they anticipate what we'll do 6 months or a year down the road and what we should do now to maximize those future results. The grass is so healthy and thick that I almost lament every time the gardener cuts it!

I cannot say enough good things about Lawn Doctor of Bakersfield!! Many of the staff members were out of town at a conference when I had initially reached out to them for an evaluation of my yard, but they assured me that they would get back to me as soon as they were in town. And unlike many companies who say they will and don't, Lawn Doctor did! Emilee has been on top of communication and education every step of the way, and Roman was equally as friendly and educational when he came to evaluate our lawn in person. Through every interaction with these two you can tell that their job is not just about making money - they truly want what is best for the customer and the lawn in question. They educated without making me feel dumb, left lots of room for me to ask questions, and were diligent about creating a plan that works for my yard. Thank you guys so much!

Lawn Doctor is excellent to work with. They let me know when they’re coming. They show up every time. And their workers are so friendly and accommodating! I forgot to unlock my backyard gate and they notified me and completely accommodated me to come home and unlock it. Emilee (the general manager) is amazing to deal with. I had weeds coming up and she sent someone back to do another treatment. They are phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone any day!! They do a great job!! My lawn is weed free…for the first time ever!! Great job Lawn Doctor!! Love love love them!!
